Successfulimplementation of shared governance leads to a greater commitment to the organization. <strong><em>Aim:</em></strong>the current study aimed todetermine the relation between shared governance, and organizational commitment among nursing managers in Port-Said hospitals. <strong><em>Subjects and Methods:</em> </strong>A descriptive correlation designwas applied in this study. The study was conducted in eight hospitals affiliated to the Ministry of Health in Port-Said Governorate.Study samplewas 118 nursing managers. Two tools were used for data collection; Index of Professional Nursing Governance Questionnaire and Organizational Commitment Scale. <strong><em>Results:</em> </strong>The results of the present study showed the majority of nursing managers (94.9%) had shared governance and more than two-thirds of them (72.9%) were committed to their organizations. <strong><em>Conclusion:</em></strong> Based on the results of the present study, it can be concluded that, there was no statistically significance relation between shared governance and organizational commitment among nursing managers in Port-Said hospitals. A descriptive study was utilized .<strong><em>Subjects & Method</em>:</strong> sample of 110 nurses. Tool (2)Arthritis Self-Efficacy Scale (ASES). <strong><em>Results</em>:</strong> More than half of study patients have health needs. The highest needs are in relation to psychological needs; then physical needs; then educational needs. The lowest needs are in relation to social and spiritual needs. Also, most of patients have high self-efficacy and there is statistically significant negative relation between health needs of RA patients and their self-efficacy.<strong> <em>Conclusion:</em></strong> More than half of RA patients have health needs, although most of them have high self-efficacy. The present study was carried out at all governmental residential institutions in Port Said city namely,Al-Nessaieya le Tahseen Al- Seha, Dar Alkaserat, Kafalit Al-Yateem, and ApnaaRamses. The subject of the study compromised <strong>57</strong> children, <strong>36</strong> were males and <strong>21</strong> were females. The study sample consisted of 150 patients in the psychiatric health hospital in Port Said City, Using descriptive comparative design. Data was collected through using three tools, The Ways of Coping Questionnaire, An ArabicVersion of Beck Depression Inventory and The Big Five Personality. <strong><em>Results:</em></strong> The study showed that participants with depression and neuroticism as personality traits using escape avoidance as maladaptive coping style and distancing coping style has significant negative correlation with this neuroticism trait. Moreover, the results revealed that all types of personality traits and coping styles had significant relation with all levels of depression.<strong> <em>Conclusion</em> </strong>The current study suggests that personality traits and the coping styles the individual employ may influence his experience of depression. A Quasi-experimental design was used to evaluate the impact of applying guidelines on nurses' perception regarding negative aspect of using technological devices in critical care units. It was conducted in critical care units of Port-Said General Hospital, El- Zohoor Hospital, Port-Foad Hospital, El-Mabarrah Hospital (Health insurance) and El-Tadamon Hospital. The study samples consisted of 112 nurses working in the previous mentioned settings. The data was collected through a structured questionnaire to assess nurses` perception about negative aspects of using technological devices in critical care units. The results revealed that the nurses’ perception regarding the negative aspects increased when compared between pre- intervention (5.4%), post-intervention (83.9%) and follow up (84.8%) with high statistically significant difference as (p=0.000). In multivariate analysis, the model explains 41% of the change in nurse’s perception in related to negative aspects after intervention. It could conclude that, educational guidelines would be benefits. The sample size was 500 women their Age between 15-45 years<strong> and </strong>all women married and un married, <strong><em>the tools</em> </strong>for data collections included 2 questionnaire sheets, first one included three parts. Part I: Patients' socio demographic characteristics. Part II: Questions about knowledge of women about Leucorrhoea, and Part III: Questions about Leucorrhoea seeking care behaviors. Second questionnaire sheet based on Likert scale, it included: Questions about women attitude about leucorrhea, <strong><em>Results</em></strong>shows that most of studied women had unsatisfactory level of knowledge. Most of them had positive attitude towed vaginal care during discharge. And most of them had satisfactory level of seeking care behavior regarding leucorrhea care. There is significant statistically relation or correlation between studied women's socio-demographic characteristics and their total score of knowledge or total score of seeking. <strong><em>The study recommended</em></strong> that improved women’s knowledge and clinical practices regarding leucorrhea care and design heath teaching programs according their needs. A Quasi-experimental design was used to evaluate the impact of applying guidelines on nurses' perception regarding positive aspect of using technological devices in critical care units. Two tools were used for data collection; demographic data assessment tool, andwomen's satisfaction assessment tool<em>.<strong> The results</strong></em> of the current study revealed that, the higher percentage of studied women were satisfied with general environment, cleanliness, communication and physical care while most of them were dissatisfied with psychological care and involving in decision making. <strong>Conclusion: </strong>There are several factors that affecting women's satisfaction with services during labor. The data were collected by using two tools; professional autonomy scale and job satisfaction questionnaire. <strong>Results:</strong> The results revealed that 43.0% of nurses had low autonomy level followed by <strong>34.2%</strong> had high autonomy. Also, it was observed that <strong>56.0%</strong> of nurses were satisfied<strong>.
